Weather Policy

-What if it's raining?
We have a great weather in Houston, most of the year but some times it will rain on the day your party or event. If it is raining at the delivery time, we will not be able to setup. If they're is scattered rain in the area, we will be in contact with you to look for the best option If you decide to continue with the event as planned, we will deliver and setup (as long as it is not raining when we get there).
If you decide to cancel our delivery because of weather, we will work with you. We can reschedule or fully refund your deposit because of weather.

-What if it's windy?
We use heavy duty stakes when securing our bounce houses but if the power of the wind is  20 mph or more, go ahead take all the kids out and deflate the bounce house.  Have the supervising adult keep an eye on the stakes and use good judgment when unexpected weather comes up. Hop and Joy Rentals takes safety very seriously.  If the wind lets up make please check all stakes anchoring the unit are as they were at setup, turn the blower back on, and you can use the unit again.
